These terms apply to your use of the Islam Insights app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the App
Islam Insights is free to use and is supported by ads. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the app, for example by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in ways other than through the interface we provide, or using it for anything unlawful.
Religious Content and Accuracy
Prayer times, the Qibla direction and Hijri dates are calculated from your location and the method you choose, and may differ slightly from your local mosque or authority. Please confirm times locally when accuracy matters. Quran text, translations, Hadith and other religious content are provided for learning and reflection; for religious rulings, consult a qualified scholar.
Accounts
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for activity under it, and you can delete it at any time from within the app.
Third-Party Content and Services
The app includes content and services from third parties, such as Quran audio, radio streams, Hadith collections, maps, weather and ads. They remain the property of their owners and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or links.
Intellectual Property
The app's design, code and original content belong to Islam Insights and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify or redistribute them beyond normal use of the app.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Islam Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
